Our story
The first destination gym in Eastlake — and the largest private gym in San Diego.
The story
Extreme Fitness is the first destination gym in Eastlake. At 29,000 square feet, it is the largest private gym in San Diego, with more than 100 brand-new, hand-selected machines from elite manufacturers.
The floor also holds XFORM Pilates, a recovery area with a cold plunge, group and functional training, and a youth athlete program. The line the gym uses is simple: creating a culture of strength & health.
This isn't just access to equipment — it's access to a higher standard. The space, the coaching and the standard are the point.

A higher standard is the whole proposition: the equipment, the space and the way the floor is run.
The team works with members in person — from a first session to a youth athlete learning to train.
Adults and youth train here. XFORM is open to all levels, and the youth program modifies the work for different athletes.
The cold plunge sits inside the gym because recovery is part of the training week, not an afterthought.
The space
The floor is built for the work: more than 100 brand-new machines, space for strength, conditioning and functional training, plus the XFORM studio, the recovery area and the youth program. This is the first destination gym in Eastlake — and the largest private gym in San Diego.
